Returns

• To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

• To initiate a return, please contact us through our contact form with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status.

• If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

• Refunds may take up to 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

• If you need to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact us through our contact form.

• We will provide instructions for returning your item and sending a replacement.

Shipping

• You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
